At Hose Bros 100, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of our products.

1. Processing Time

1.1. Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1. Shipping Rates:

  • Orders ship free when over $450.
  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

2.2. Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: [estimated delivery time, e.g., 5-7 business days]
  • Expedited Shipping: [estimated delivery time, e.g., 2-3 business days]
  • Overnight Shipping: [estimated delivery time, e.g., 1-2 business days]

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Carriers

3.1. Carriers We Use:

  • USPS & UPS
  • Region Depending Common Carriers (palletized shipments)

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

4.1. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping

5.1. Shipping Outside the United States:

  • We offer worldwide shipping.
  • International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

6.1. Restricted Areas:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions or international regulations. If this is the case, you will be notified during the checkout process.

7. Damages

  • If your order has been marked as damaged during transit, please contact for assistance. 
  • All palletized shipments MUST be inspected for damage prior to POD (Proof of Delivery) document signage.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at so we can assist you in locating your package.

9. Returns Due to Shipping

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other delivery issue, we will contact you to correct the address and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy

1. General Conditions

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Refundable Items

2.1. Non-Refundable Items Include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Custom Orders

3. Refundable Items

3.1. Refundable Items Include:

  • Standard, non-customized products.
  • Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of receipt).
  • Items with manufacturing defects (must be reported within 30 days of receipt).

4. Refund Process

4.1. To Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at or 904-829-3737 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Package the item securely and include the RMA number and proof of purchase.

4.2. Processing Your Return:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days, depending on the credit issuer. 

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.2. Refund of Shipping Costs:

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
